Good for you. Keep in mind why you are quitting. Take it day to day. Dont begin punishing and rewarding yourself. For example, If you relap, relap without any self punishment thoughts that will reinforce guilt, shame, or a sense of failure or lackbof sekf worth. Also try not to reward yourself with break days, and if you do, dont then punish yourself.
